Gastroenterology Consultants of Savannah is excited to be the presenting sponsor of this year’s Get Your Rear in Gear Savannah 5K Run/Walk. Funds generated through this race will be allocated through the St.Joseph’s/Candler Foundations to provide colon cancer education, purchase screening kits and provide colonoscopies for underserved patients in the Savannah area.

We encourage everyone to come on out, Saturday morning, March 7th to show their support for this great event and help us to promote prevention and early detection of colon cancer.

Get Your Rear in Gear is North America’s largest 5K race series raising awareness and money for colon cancer prevention. Monies raised will stay in our community, helping with prevention, early detection and treatment, and healthy living projects for colon cancer.
